There have been two threads on this song before (a filter on stoned and Age All would have shown you them). The lyrics were posted in this one: Lyr Req: I Got Stoned and I Missed It (Silverstein . The other thread Lyr/Chords Req: I got stoned and I missed it states that chords are only G and D7 (in G presumably).

The lyrics are widely available on the net. countrytabs.com claims to have the chords but you need to register to see them.
