Hi Friends,

Joe Hickerson will be in concert at my home in Davis, California on Saturday, October 7th, 7:30 pm.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with him, Joe has been a fixture of american folk music for about half a century now. He was for 35 years, the Librarian and Director of the Archive of Folk Song/Culture at the Library of Congress. He is a wonderful and personable performer and a recording artist on both the Folkways and Folk Legacy labels.

Opening for him will be the acoustic trio, MudLark, consisting of Laura Sandage, Katie Henry and (yours truely) Ray Frank.
