Subject: Folklore: The Death of Willie From: GUEST Date: 08 Oct 06 - 05:50 PM I just want to thank Stewie for providing the lyrics to The Death of Willie. A very old thread, I found through googling. My father used to sing this song to us when we were kids. I have the 78 of it. The b side has a song The pants that my Pappy gave to me. Unfortunately I cannot play the record as it's cracked but I cant bear to throw it out. I am so happy to finally have the words again so thanks alot. Linda |
