Outside the rain is pelting down, once again. And I just read in the paper we're still in the middle of a drought, and we've still got a ban on using hosepipes.

Which set me thinking and a song just came out of it:

Noah stood on the deck and looked out at the dark
The water was rising, and so was the ark.
The lightning it flashed and the thunder did roar
"Have we still got a ban using hosepipes" said Noah.
Oh a drought and a flood in the same time and place
Is a sign from above we're a shame and disgrace.
The world it is changing, it is freezing cold warm,
And its blazing bright dark in the calm of the storm.

Yes it's blazing bright dark in the calm of a storm,
It'll soon be a ice-age on account of the warm.
With our great men so tiny the bigger they shrink
And a ban using hosepipes as we drown in the drink.

Is a sign from above we're a shame and disgrace.

And its blazing bright dark in the calm of the storm.
