Just in the mail today, new (I think) release from BGO records, three LPs on a double CD.
5 Hand Reel / For a' that / Earl of Murray, digitally re-mastered.
BGOCD712. Budget price too!
Bl**dy good! Very good info packed booklet, with lyrics, as well.
Recommended.

and to think, I went to all that trouble to digitise my LPs, thinking they were never going to make it to CD.

There was a thread recently telling us that CDs had been released, but then they appeared to be withdrawn due to either copyright issues or a dispute about which company owned the distribution rights to the LPs.
Has this now been resolved, or has someone just managed to get hold of copies released for sale prior to the dispute?
Just curious as I have an original LP of 5 Hand Reel, thought I had a copy of For A' That but can't find it and never had a copy of the other one.
Quack!

Aye GtD, I searched for that thread before posting this one but couldn't find it. I got my copy on pre-order from HMV at £9.99.
BGO Records have it in their ( very interesting) catalogue on sale on line. Issued on licence from Sony BMG.

The 3 LPs are represented by 2 CDs, which are sold in 1 box.

Just had mine delivered, still good stuff.
