Waldzither Tuning Heads

Does anyone know where I can get parts for one of these things? It has a strange square headed bolt that moves a sliding stringholder up and down - I need a new onw or even a complete tuning head.

The Portugese guitarra uses a similar style of tuner. Perhaps guitarra hardware could be adapted for your purpose.
