Hi Folks, I would like to know if any one has the lyrics and or tune to Some Folks Do? It is a very old Englis folksong. I remember a verse like "Some Folks fret and scold, some folks do some folks do, They will soon be dead and cold but thats not me nor you. Long live the merry merry herats that live by night and dy. Like the Queen of Mirth no matter what some folks say. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Regards JUNE

June - You have most of it right there: only the first and third lines change, as I remember:

Some Folks fret and scold,
some folks do some folks do,
They will soon be dead and cold
but that's not me nor you.

Long live the merry merry hearts
that laugh by night and day.
Like the Queen of Mirth
no matter what some folks say.

Some folks get gray hairs,...
Counting(?) o'er their cares...
