I'm pretty sure that is the title.

One thing you might try is the onsite search engine here (see "lyrics and knowledge search" at the top of every page).

Type in over the water.

You only have the title slightly wrong; always try alternatives if what you are looking for gets you no useful results.

Usually these lyrics are attributed to the Charlie He's a Good Old Man/Wheevily Wheat/Fly around/Four in the Middle/Western Country family of songs.

You can search then ask more questions.

Usually the phrase is "over the river to Charley/Charlie"

This version is the one I know best. The music is closer to the one I know than the other versions as well.
