You know how, when people are playing music together, that someone will show someone else a new picking/strumming pattern to play on the guitar?

Well, have you ever come across a web site that does the same thing?

I'm tired of the few patterns I know, but I'm just no good at creating new ones.

Leeneia, I'm in the same boat. Know exactly how you feel. I'll be checking this thread in hopes of finding information. Getting together with others would be the best way of finding new and different ways of picking/strumming, however, that isn't always possible. Please, someone out there, help us!

A Google search for "travis picking" or "fingerpicking" will turn up the kind of sites you're looking for.
