Moldavian folk tune for Hatikvah

I'm trying to find the music for the folk tune that inspired Hatikvah. It seems that a Moldavian folk tune is likely called "Cart and Oxen". Where can I find the music? I want to use it with the children at school, and I would like to use a less political version than Hatikvah. An abc version wuold be fine, even better if it has chords.
