NOTES FOR EDITORS
This is a non-traditional annual event where the Lady Wine Tipplers seek out all the beery halls they can and the Gentleman Barrel Tappers proceed therein to hinder the barmaids and wassail their baubles off.
Its a hard cold and thankless task but we have to do it ....
