On Saturday 16th. December the wonderful His Worship & the Pig venture south to offer their Christmas show at the Lewes Arms, Mount Place, Lewes, East Sussex BN7 1YH. This runs to nearly two hours (with a break) and is very good value at £5 admission. Doors open at 7.30 for an 8.00 pm start.

Floor singers are, as always, welcome. Bring an instrument to join in a few tunes at the kick-off as well. There is no membership scheme.

They are at the Lyceum tavern on thu 15th dec Newport folk club J26 on the M4 performing the Christmas show

Great stuff! Derek Seed (owner, breeder and trainer of the Shellback Chorus) told me last night that we are all very privileged as His W & The P normally insist on doing their Christmas show in mid-summer. No doubt a full explanation will be supplied when we see them.
