An Irish novel—Time after Time by Molly Keane (1983)—quotes these lines, calling it a "vulgar" song:

"Sit beside me. Don't deny me.
Play with the chain of my watch."

That novel, by the way, was adapted into a TV-movie starring John Gielgud in 1986. I don't know whether the song was used in the movie.
