Does anyone know of any songs in French about the battle of Quebec from the point of view of Montcalm?

This doesn't fit your request, may be of interest anyway. The Band did a song on an album released in the late 70's called Acadian Driftwood . The album was Northern Lights/ Southern Cross . The song described the exodus of the Acadians to Louisiana after the English defeat of the French on the Plains of Abraham...LEJ

No, I don't know any French songs, but James Keelaghan has written a song, 'Abraham', where he tries to put both sides. I think it's one of his best songs, to be found on the CD 'My Skies'. - Susanne
