I am also looking for the lyrics to a song by John Dawson Read. Possibly "Thinking the Things I'm Thinking"
Sometimes I walk along with my feet draging slow
Hands in my pocket and my head hanging low
Whistling tunes that no one knows
Just thinking the things I'm thinking

Sometimes my thoughts they make me smile

Yeah, but ... I saw the other thread two days before I saw this one, mainly because this thread doesn't use the prefix "Lyr Req".
