You can pretty well download all of your music/bio etc. in an evening.
It appears to be very friendly, gets visits and is particularly aimed at acoustic music. It is also very careful about copyright material, easy to navigate and links through to PayPal.

I just found an old demo tape from the early 90's of myself and James Stephens, back when we were The Seldom Heard. I had forgotten about this 4-track cassette, but I like it so much I dug out the master, digitized it, and put it on a new myspace page:

I haven't added much content other than the two songs yet, and far too little credit is given to the brilliant fiddling and engineering of James Stephens, but this is a work in progress. Far and away the best recording of my song "The Anna Grace".

There is an AWESOME new rock 'n' roll band called FREEKY CLEEN.
They play somewhere between Led Zep, Aerosmith and Guns N Roses. They sound really fresh, guitar-oriented and pretty much blues influenced. I can't find much on them except for their official web site
