I learnt this version from school chums.
There was a brave old scotsman at the battle of waterloo.
He lifted up hie petticoat and showed his cock a doodle doo.
his cocka doodle doo was dirty so he showed his number two.
His number two was dirtier and made all the frenchmen do a bunk
anyone else have parodies of this song.

There was a brave young Scotsman at the battle of Waterloo
The wind blew up his petticoat and showed his cockadoodledoo

His cockadoodledoo was dirty he went and showed it to the queen
The queen gave him a sixpence to have it painted green

My dad used to sing this he was in the grenadier guards in the 1950s

There was a brave old Scotsman At the battle of Waterloo
The wind blew up his petticoat and showed his hullabaloo
His hullabaloo was dirty so he showed it to the queen
And the queen she gave him sixpence to go and wash it clean

Sung by my grandmother born Bethnal green 1898

There was a Bonny Scotsman, at the battle of Waterloo
The wind blew up his petticoat and showed his ting-a-ling-a-loo
His ting-a-loo was dirty, he showed it to the queen
The queen was disappointed so she had it painted green

Courtesy of my granny Connie who died in 2006 aged 99. She had many rude songs!

There was a Bonnie Scotsman, who lived in Waterloo. The wind blew up his petticoat and showed his tutaloo. His tutaloo was dirty, and he showed it to the queen and the queen got so excited. She licked it nice and clean.

My father's version, sung while gardening, was
'There was a dirty Scotsman
At the Battle of Waterloo
The wind blew up is petticoat
And split is cock in two.

We played the 'British Grenadiers' at his funeral.

Belfast version: The donkey ate the coal-brick,
And the wee dog piddled in the yard,
The snow came down and froze it and made it slippery and hard

My dad (dirty old git) used to sing this one primarily to get on my old mum's nerves lol

There was a brave old Scotsman at the Battle of Waterloo,
the wind blew up his trouser leg and tickled his half-past two,
his half-past was dirty he showed it to the Queen.
The queen gave him sixpence to go and wash it clean!
