It is believed that if Camilla's Hysterical-Rectumy operation is not 100% successful plan 'B' is to remove the bone from a Hamshank and stitch that in place.

I am not an admirer of the absurd instution of monarchy. I just hope that when your wife, sister or daugher has a hysterectomy, nobody is unwise enough to make jokes about it in your presence.
