'Planet Violin' Violins - Any reviews???

Hey all -
I have recently made a spur of the moment "steal" purchase, and am looking for any info regarding said instrument. The maker? The store, at least, calls themselves "Planet Violin", and they work out of Nashville, TN. I found them on ebay, where they have thousands of positive feedback, so I don't doubt I'll be receiving something, I'm just curious as to the quality.
I purchased an end of year(making room for next year's model), greatly reduced, 6-string electric violin, but have no idea what the electronics are. It came to about $75 including S&H, so I am not expecting much, but I'll let you know when it arrives.
IF there is anyone out there with experience with these folks, pls let me know what you think. They also sell violas, cellos, basses, all electric and with varying number of strings.
All I hope for is that the thing will work well enough for me to play around with it, and maybe do a few gigs, and decide if I want to get a good 6-string.
Right, enough rambling.
Info, please, thank you,
Pioden

OK, so adding another post to get this question back to the top. I am still interested if anyone else has any experience with this company.
I received the fiddle last Friday, and we were pleasantly surprised - it works well, and sounds good, so far, though adjusting to having the strings so close together is difficult. I may also take it in to have the bridge adjusted - it is very difficult to play the "c" w/out hitting especially the "f", but also the "g" strings, and I can play all three of them together. It seems there could be a better bridge design. In any case, it was well worth the money, though it wasn't much money, soo...
Anyhoo - responses would be great.
Thanks,
Pioden

Never heard of them. Sorry. I could handle 5 strings but 6 seems a bit much. I'm also not at all fond of any electric fiddle I've had my hands on.

You know, there is quite a bit of a learning curve. I've been playing with it, and I'm having to play very slowly for the string changes and closeness. The 'f' string is also a trip - very touchy, and will bend out of tune if I press too hard, yet needs a solid touch for good tone. It'll be a while before I perform on it, I think! But, with all that, well worth the $75 I spent on it. I will give the strings a chance to break in before the final verdict, but I'm thinking different ones will have better tone. I'm also still thinking of having the bridge redesigned at some point. Electric, I don't have a problem with, as long as the electronics and sound person are good.

Possibly gettin the fiddle, because my friends and I have a new garage band callled most likely '' Uphilll Falling. '' But anyway if i do get tha fiddle i expect its well worth my $ i spend on it and that tha fiddle produces a nice and clear sound and that the reviews on the clostiness of the strings shant be too bad! Good luck with yout fiddle, remember- MUSIC IS AWSOME~!
