I would, but to listen online, they want me to download another free plug-in. I am hesitant to do that...think my old computer has got plenty of plig-ins already.:-) Good for you, though, Chuck!

A few years ago I met a woman from Mt. Airy NC in Florida. We were at the Spirit of the Suwannee music park in Live Oak. There was apicking session, and she played my old banjo. I loved her clawhammer playing, and even when she broke my "G" string I didn't mind. Her name is Bobbie Ernhart.

I'm surprised this hasn't drawn more attention.

Too many of us on dialup, Kendall? I'd love to have a listen, but I'd be 'buffered' to death; that's if I could spend three hours downloading a plugin that would likely not work anyway.

I'll have to wait until I get DSL next week.

Tarheel,

I have heard this station traveling through NC and found it to be refreshing. I loved the music they played and gave this old "folkie" lots of pleasure.

I'm so glad that they are doing the OT music. Heard Dirk Powell and loved his banjer pickin'.

Mt. Airy is one of our American musical treasures. Fiddlin' rules! Glad there's a station devoted to it.
