13 Apr 07 - 12:37 PM (#2024294) Subject: RE: Wheaton Aston Festival From: Chris Green Yes. It's a really nice little village and although there's only two concert venues they book some excellent up and coming artists as well as more established ones, so you get a great cross section. There's near enough twenty-four hour sessioning if you want it. Basically you get a lot of bang for your buck! |

15 Apr 07 - 04:08 AM (#2025765) Subject: RE: Wheaton Aston Festival From: George Papavgeris Not a lot, Les, from what I remember. And there's no point asking me! It's mostly a concert/singaround/dance display based festival, though it does have a ceilidgh, I believe. I'm there this year, and Jim Moray, Crucible, Jeremy Taylor, Ember, Keith Donnelly, Queensbury Rules, Seize the Day, Nuala.... |
