Here's the relevant bit from that website:

he idea is to run the Arran Folk Festival as a business and to relaunch it with a very high, international profile. Celtic Connections has provided a tremendous model, which demonstrates that it is possible to run a successful, fully commercial enterprise without losing the essence of the tradition with its informality, spontaneity and great sense of humour. The Festival will also establish a trust fund to assist the many community groups, which are involved in music and the performing arts generally. To that end it is proposed that the 15th Arran Folk Festival will take place in June 2009 and in the meantime, the company will promote a series of concerts, acoustic sessions and family ceilidhs every Wednesday throughout the summer holidays. It will also be recording local performers whose CDs will be available throughout the island and online.

I see, in the event calendar, they had the 78th annual Arran Music festival just a few weeks ago.
