Subject: Si Khan's what you do with what you got

Apparently I have to do a turn in our yr 11 leavers assembly
this would seem appropriate
as it's tomorrow I haven't really got time to work it out, and haven't really got the bottle to do my usual unaccompanied version:-))

Any offers greatly received
Baz

who will get round to joining one day...

Google poems about leaving school or some such thing. Either read it or set it to a tune you know

It's not in Si Kahn's songbook and Dick Gaughan hasn't yet got round to putting the notation on his site. And it's not an accompaniment you could knock off overnight (when I say 'you', I mean me).

But you could try Ewan MacColl's Schooldays End, also on DG's site but also without notation. Much simpler.

Schooldays End

Hey, just noticed Schooldays End is in the DT with chords, though the MIDI's been zapped. A doddle.

Three day Millionaire Mike Waterson?

Perhaps a bit rich for assembly?
