07 Apr 99 - 06:37 AM (#68788) Subject: Steve Parkes/Jug o Punch From: Roger the zimmer Steve & any others from UK midlands might be interested: Visiting my father in Birmingham over Easter I discovered the Jug o' Punch Accoustic (sic)Folk and Roots club now meets on the last Sunday of each month at the Lyndhurst Hotel Kingsbury Rd, Erdington (where I stay when I go to see him!) Unfortunately I'm never able to stay on a Sunday night. Nice to know it still continues. |

I have the same problem, sort of - I travel back to work on Monday morning around 6.30, so Sunday nights are usually spent in. But I might get a monday off ... Does anyone know if it has any relation to the original JO'P? (Apart from the name!) Steve |
