Once upon a time, for a long time, Mudcat was my home-page. Then I learned how quickly MudCrap, when the site is having one of its periodic feuds, can bum out my whole day. So I changed my homepage to a hockey site, something I have good feelings about. That way when I want to get to Mudcat, I have to click a bookmark and make the intention to come here, and that extra moment of conscious thought is just the slowdown I need to arrive here in good humor, not expecting Mudcat to make my day and not being disappointed when it's just as full of human beans as anywhere else in the world. But with that leetle slowdown, Mudcat now often DOES make my day. So now, I'm picking one of those tabs for my homepage. I can do something good, and THEN cruise on in here. ~Susan |

I think it still surfaces from time to time. I've had all the sites in my favourites for quite some time now and click them every day. |
