Furness Tradition festival is in the period you're looking at, but that's at Ulverston in the south of county, so may not be of interest. |

But there's nowt listed on the site when you do get onto it, apart from the bigger events / festivals. I've lost count of the number of times I've searched in vain for anything going on sess/singaround-wise in that part of the Lake District. Best policy is probably to tire yourself out fellwalking during the day instead? Or stay out on the hill longer into the evening.... |

To find out what you seem to be looking for, select "Jam Nights" from the menu on the left. There is a list, but I found it pretty disappointing. There was one I was interested in in Kendal when I was over there earlier this week, but there were no contact details, so I didn't end up going. |
