However, power to your elbow, Les, for sticking to your guns and putting your family first. You have made a lot of friends over the last 4 years and we will still be around. It is a huge undertaking to run such a club and you have given your all, Villan. Thank you for all you have done and for your PM regarding last night. I have made some wonderful friends, heard some great music, met some brilliant performers and thoroughly enjoyed playing with HK and WWW, there. Devastated that you had to make this difficult decision but understand that family and health must come first. A huge thank you, again, to you, Villan, and to all involved, who have supported the Club and those who have played there. I thoroughly enjoyed the music during last night. Big thanks to Stitherum, Fyrish and Steve Turner for their part in it. Villan, at least the club went out with a bang, not a whimper. |

Like you have for a lot of others I guess, you gave Christine and I one of our very first full gigs. I'm sad that we won't be coming up to see you again in November, but as you and everyone else have said, some things are more important.
