There is a nice Clancy songbook "The Irish Songbook", with about 80 of their songs and wonderful illustrations. I've nearly worn the cover off mine. You can get it from Elderly Instruments, $16.95. Elderly has perhaps 30 Irish folksong books, some of which have been discussed here. The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem Song Book (Oak Publications, 1964) 2. The Irish Songbook: 75 songs collected, adapted, written and sung by The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem (Music Sales Corporation [as was Oak, but this does not say Oak] 1969 0-8256-6022-x There are also lots of more traditional Irish songbooks, which others can help you with |
