Weasly twins killed off Agree that Lupin & Tonks get topped Snape turns out to be a 'Double Agent' and is responsible for saving either HP or Hermione, dying in the process Malfoy Jr and his oppos die (possobly at hands of Death Eaters), Malfoy Sr turns on Valdemort and is either killed or is captured by the 'potter' team and ends up in the nick, grieving for a lost child Hermione and Ron end up as a couple. Hagrid and the Giant bint from the French School provide a magical animal cavalry and end up running a magical safari park somwhere. And I end up pulling all sorts of rubbish out of thin air to pad out this (particularly pointless) post ;-). |

(I don't know how Dudley does it, I just assume he's too stupid to realize that he can't, so he does). Everyone is happy, even Horace and Petunia, since they earlier realized what everyone else already know, that D was a useless piece of crap. Flowers bloom where none had bloomed before, their sweet scents wafted by gentle zephyrs o'er sylvan glades and verdant hills. Everyone joins hands and sings "Kumbaya". The sixth book is sitting on a table next to my bed. I read half and realized that I've had enough. I'm Pottered out. I'll wait for the movies. Go ahead and tell me how it ends. I just don't care anymore. Steve - hoping I'm not putting a damper on this thread. |
21 Jul 07 - 11:50 PM (#2108434) Subject: RE: BS: Harry Potter VII (Deathly H )Predictions From: Rapparee Well, okay.... Having some of Harry's blood in him, Harry merges with Voldemort and takes over as the Dark Lord. Hermione, Ginny, Cho, Tonks and all the other women in the books (except Aunt Petunia) make up Harry's Harem (which is also the name of the bordello he opens in Southern France) while he has all of the males neutered to work as harem guards. Harry eventually gains considerable weight and changes his name to Jabba the Hut. |

Even the bookshops around my way are selling at £9 (~ US$18). What's the nominal full retail price in the US? Tom (Walrus) |

22 Jul 07 - 08:14 PM (#2108858) Subject: RE: BS: Harry Potter VII (Deathly H )Predictions From: Charley Noble No, I haven't bought this book yet and haven't read the above posts but I know what the ending should be: Harry will lose his magical powers in the final climatic battle, and only have vague memories of his alternative life. However, that will be sufficient to inspire him to begin writing a fantasy series which will be a spectacular success, focused on the growth of a young lad who has latent magical powers. Unfortunately he will die at a relatively young age from an infected bruised elbow incured from signing hundreds of thousands of books. Beware, take care! Success can have mortal consequences. 23 Jul 07 - 09:17 AM (#2109180) Subject: RE: BS: Harry Potter VII (Deathly H )Predictions From: Wesley S I'm only up to page 86. But ever since I saw that Voldemort could animate dead bodies I figured that he would have Harry parents raised from the dead so that Harry would have to fight them. We'll see if I'm right. I'd like to see Harry end up as the professor of the dark arts at Hogwarts. And on the side Harry would learn how to play the mandolin and start a group called The Hogwarts Mountain Boys.
