Today, while listening to the local alternative station, I thought why not have a general "heard it on the radio" thread, kind of like the "read it in the newspaper" only about music. So...my first "heard it" is Ry Cooder with V.M. Bhatt doing "Ganges Delta Blues" from their album, "Meeting by the River." I am sure many of you already know about it as it came out in 1993. Anyway, I really liked it. What have you heard, lately? |

I'm guessing the reason your thread never drew much interest is because it's too general. Sort of like starting a thread called "Anyone want to discuss music?" Or, as someone put it in another recent thread, "Remember the time we drank beer?" |

I think it would include internet radio, too. I'm just interested in what you all are hearing, esp. specific pieces that you like. |
