01 Sep 07 - 01:41 PM (#2138439) Subject: RE: Last night at the Moorland From: breezy yep sure is, and in Ben Campbell a 'jewel of a Geordie' with a great personality and repertoire featuring original songs in collaboration with writer Graham Searle, who'ld be upset if he wasnt mentioned, I think I was the first to book him 'outside the West country', and Pete Coe booked him too. The new venue will be The Westward Inn, Lee Mills, near Ivybridge, at sea level, so there'll be fewer nose bleeds ! |
