Another verse is my faither's is a white horsie, there is a miller in the song also and she gets married in the end to the miller. Can anyone help please? |

If no one else has provided the lyrics by the time I get back from Tesco, I'll do it :o) Tom and Anne Reid of Cullerlie used to perform this as a duet and it was one of the last songs I saw and heard Anne sing before her untimely death last year. |

I certainly heard a puckle more songs I would like to learn LOL. Can't believe what a bucket I made of Auld Roguey, couldn't get the tune for love nor money, think I was making it up as I went along. They called me out of turn and I just went to pieces LOL. Oh well never mind there is always another year another competition. A very great singer was Isabel and a strong influence on my attitude towards traditional singing. |
