I seem to remember that Martin's guarantee doesn't apply in the UK either no matter where you buy it. I can't find the paperwork I got with mine, but I'm pretty sure that is the case. Giok |

Martin D-28's are initially setup with high action .... purpose intended for the customer to have it reset to their choice at time of procurement by the 'guitar shop'.... setting it lower is less effort than otherwise ... think the clerks at Costgo can handle this? biLL |

They're selling a used Martin in mint condition. If they're going to do so, their price needs to be way less than $2049.99. You can negotiate that price or better for a new D-28 from most authorized dealers anyway. Of course, I guess a soccer mom wanting to surprise Hubby with a nice new guitar for his birthday isn't going to know that. |
