A fellow founder of the band, piper John Snelson, died earlier this year and a group of his friends had a lovely night of music and memories at the King's Arms in Salford last Friday night, hosted by Mike Bowden. Madcap are holding a memorial ceilidh at the Irish Club, High Lane in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester on Saturday 1st December.
