No, but I'm sure if I ask, you'll tell me, so I'm asking, though I have driven through/round MK on a couple of occasions. I doubt it is actually any bigger than the urban sprawl that is Teesside which is where I live and I regularly go across the conurbation to one local folk club. All I was looking for was somewhere welcoming to visitors reasonably near where I could spend a pleasant evening rather than staying cooped up in an anonymous hotel room. The Bull at Barton sounds promising. Do they welcome visitors and what time do they usually start? |

From: Ross Hi Tootler Yes - we welcome visitors (not in a Kathy Bates sort of way) We are a friendly, polite and well behaved group of folkies (sort of Benny Hill meets the Simpsons) We start 8.30ish and they also do food in the pub if you wish to sample a Sharpenhoe Clanger MK is so big that the street maps come in a trilogy |
