07 Oct 07 - 01:23 PM (#2165908) Subject: RE: Lyr Req: She wants to be like you From: Louie Roy Peace thanks for keeping this thread alive.I've tried changing the title to various titles that could fit the song without any sucess,but sometimes it just takes a word or two or maybe a different artist and you are off and running again.Several years ago I was looking for a song that I heard back in the 40s and I did have the title but no one I guess but me had heard it but Jim Dixon in one of his search engines came up with the artist who sang this in 1942.To make a long story short with this info and several years latter I found a web page with this song on it.with all the knowledgable people on mudcat I still believe someone will come up with the link for sucess |
