Tune Req: Doctor, doctor (trad, USA)

Tune played on hammered dulcimer CD (Summer's End) by Lisa & Heather Malyuk of Ohio, and incessantly by my other half (the CD, that is).
Anybody got a lead on where I might find the dots for him - it's not on most of the usual tune sites, and the arrangement is difficult to pick the tune notes out of.

Thanks

You can find the tune in Stacy Phillips Traditional American Fiddle Tunes, 1994; published by Mel Bay pg. 263.

Um, sorry to be such a twit, but, is this tune in any way related to JJ Cale's tune of the same "subject"?

I'm sorry, gnu - I just don't know.

Thanks, Sean - I'm in the UK and the book is either available direct from the compiler at $26 or from a shop here in the UK at 26 UKP.
So no contest, really. We'll fly it in.

Thanks very much for the lead.

Gnu, it's not. The tune in question here is an old-time reel or breakdown tune played out of D. Only lyrics I know to it are:

"Doctor, doctor come here quick,
"I swallowed my tobacco and it's makin' me sick."

I picked the tune up from a banjo player friend. Don't know the original source, though.
