I'd characterize my eco-profile as better-than-average for the US, but translating it into multiple planets shows that it's still not nearly good enough! If my job were on a bus route, and if the bus service was any good, I would be glad to drive much less than I do. I don't think there anywhere in the US, outside of New York City, where public transporation is a realistic option for the average working person. |
