O/k the concept is to hold a "mudchatathon" for charity, the idea is to run for 24 hours in chat, rules to be decided by "all" of us.
To be held on 27 Jan 2008, to raise monies for charities.
We would work in teams across the world, there should never be a period of more than 15 seconds without a post!
Your thoughts please.

No problem.......A helpful neighborhood clone is almost always available! And when it comes around time, I'll play---Sounds like fun if the 'Cat stays up online. ...............Fat Clone

So, who donates the money? I'm not sure I could con anyone into paying me to chat.

You KNOW I can't stay up late and we seem to have lost Iceland and China. Oz does check in occasionally. We only ever had one from Antarctica and he's been gone a long time.

Which charity, and who decides which?

Seems to me this would be a LOT of work. If the chatters are international, shouldn't the money be distributed internationally?

Or to something like Doctors Without Borders?

My charity, or your charity?

I don't much like to chat, but I do like the idea of doing it as a fundraiser.

I'd chat for the 'cat, but other than that, you'd have a hard time getting folks to agree on a charity around here ; )
