New Year's Eve Song Circle MAINE

Unfortunately, I do not get New Year's or Christmas Eve off this year. I simply can't handle the usual "do". If anyone else wants to host this year's festivities - feel free.

Looking ahead, the January Song Circle will be on the third Saturday as usual but we will start at 2PM in the afternoon so that those who have a distance to travel can attend. We will start with nibbles and music and do a buffet later for those staying late or overnight.
SINS, who will have to consume an entire bottle of champagne all alone SIGH!!!! heh heh

Can I come and help you out with the champagne Mary? You know what happened last time you glugged one down on your own!

You still should call Micca at midnight(our time).

I shall raise a glass to you wherever I wind up. If I'm lucky, I'll manage to find a battery-operated glass somewhere beforehand.

Micca has promised to be my first guest at midnight. I think he lies.

It won't be the same as New Year's chez Sinsull but we should be able to come up with something.

And I think you mean FOURTH Saturday of January -- third Saturday is the Press Room sea music singaround.

News on my front -- I should be free and clear of the Real Estate Guide by December 28th (if not sooner)!!!

Which means I can actually enjoy New Year's Eve, Day, YEAR!!! (Maybe by getting caught up on sleep.)

That is good news, Linn. No amount of money is worth getting sick over on a regular basis.
It's been so long I forgot which Saturday. Starting in January, we will resume the fourth Saturday schedule and start at 2PM at least for a while to see how it works out. It should mean a few more hours of music.
