This is a Jewish piyut (Jewish liturgy), with a medieval text and Yemenite melody, messianic in tone, but also about the blessings of keeping the Sabbath. I think it's one of the finest examples of liturgy in general and piyut in particular.
The shorter version is given below. It's the one most frequently encountered.

There are a total of 6 verses to this piyut. You have listed numbers l, 2, & 4. You omitted numbers 3, 5, & 6.

This prayer is traditionally sung during the Seudah Shelishit (Third Meal) before sundown on the Shabbat.
