Clive was well known as a member of the Auld Triangle, resident at Westhoughton folk club. He was also a member of Bandersnatch, a great musician and well respected songwriter. He will be greatly missed. The funeral arrangements will be posted as soon as they are known. |

I haven't got my head round this, yet... he was due to go into hospital in January to see if a lung transplant was a possibility, as he'd been suffering with pumonary fibrosis for some time. He's left a wonderful legacy. Sleep well, lad. |

I'm guessing a Clive tribute is likely, especially as I'm in charge until Stewart returns from his holiday the following week. Clearly we don't want to detract in any way from Bandersnatch's gig, but he was the founder of the band (Ed McGurk's description, not mine). Please contact me if you intend to be there. |
