The song is about the protests in northern NSW [New South Wales, Australia] to protect the forests there. Jacko Kevans would have been the one to ask, this is his neighborhood! He is missed again! Its a long shot but he could still be living in the district. Try checking the white pages or calling the Nimbin community centre to see if he is still around and then ask him directly. Patart could call Marg or follow the alternative process I outlined above. Either way involves calling Bruce directly if the query for the chords is sustained.
