One is called "The chinese bumboat man"! No date that I can see, but has to be 50s. It is a 33 1/3 rpm 10". Found it in a skip of course! It was dreadful! Very rigid, choral singing without any sense of what the songs were for. Curiously, the versions used were excellent - as were the accompanying notes. And there was a lovely picture on the sleeve... But - the singing....! Regards |
