MAKE NOTE OF EACH TIME YOU REACH A GOAL! (Daily/Weekly/monthly/whatever works for you.) Thanks!

This thread will be moderated. It is a place for noting positive goals which have been met. A positive reinforcement spot, if you will.

Please try to keep chatting at a minimum in this thread. I think it is fine to encourage/post comments, just not get into long discussions. The Fighting Fat thread seems better for that.

In your first posting please do share your goals, if you'd like. Any subsequent posting should be just a quick check in WHEN you have met your daily goals and only AFTER you have done so for that day. Any other longish postings will be deleted. Thank you.

The Small Print: The contents of this thread will be deleted at the beginning of each new month. If you want to keep track of what you have done in the previous month, please copy it before the first day of the following month. Don't worry, I will make a copy of the thread before I delete everything, so if you can't remember, give me a holler.:-)
