The count of delegates won is somewhat conjectural for the early states. Republican Party penalties proposed for 5 states, FL, MI, NH, SC, WY. The full committee vote not until February. Iowa not penalized because caucus vote 'non-binding.' SC will sue if votes denied. FL expects a 'gentlemanly agreement' to allow votes. Democratic Party penalties proposed for FL, MI. It's a long road to the convention, constitutionally it is unlikely that penalties will hold. |
