15 Jan 08 - 12:54 AM (#2236707) Subject: BS: Popular views on Omaha From: open mike This thread is a result of mis-reading "Popular views on Obama" I spent nearly 20 years in Omaha and so do have some views of it... and some memories of the smells too...when the wind was just right the stock yards fragrance was permeating the entire area..I always say that if i ever grew up it would have been during my time there.. nearly tow decades..the "formative years" as they say.... |
