Name Tucker's Salamander

This is a totally stupid thread but Blame Rick, He inspired it. I have 7 Goldfish, I named them all Ralph because .....well hey...they all look alike. I haven't named my new salamander yet (Joe if you even run this thread, one day only please!!!) so I'll take suggestions. Only really insipid ones will be considered

Tucker, honest, it ain't me. My wife Heather is "duckboots", the Rose lady! I don't know from your salamander. But she's gone back downstairs to watch "Law and Order", so I've got the computer back for a bit.

but since I'm here..name it "Raoul".

Rick, and not Duckboots!

Kat, the first thing I thought about when I read Ricks answer was " Eating Raoul". yuk! Hey, he started me on this!I might go with Sally Puckmudder but I don't know if it's male or female. oh, and did I mention, I have about 25 tadpoles. They get named honorable mention here folks. Ok off the bat, marilyn manson and Ozzie is not in the running.

Ok, this has got to be in the running for the worst thread ever!! I had to work at this folks. i mean, name a salamader? Right up there with pet rocks. I thank God I have sypathetic folk like Kat and Rick that celebrate mental health week 24/7/365. If Joe lets this go on 24 hours I am going to escalate. I have this untold number of tadpoles that need names............Folks, just kidding

I don't think you should discriminate. Call it Ralph, too. It'll be easier to remember and the slimy thing won't come when you call it, whatever you call it--and if you call it out loud, the funny farm folks will come looking for you. Now the real question is what should I call my banana slug? --seed

In keeping with the Mudcat theme, how about Cletus?

Now this is a really solid BS thread (Oh, my, did I really say that?!)! Well, actually, we may determine that by how long it runs on & on. Hmmmm...back to names. In naming, I always choose "Fred" 1st--no idea why. After that, "George" is a close second.

best,

bbc

Good morning folks, this thread was born from idle hands, and too many shots of Ancient Age, but I am still LMAO about it. bseed, I recommend Chiquita for your critter. And you're right, The fish don't come and neither does the salamander, regardless of what I call them. I have to be honest this morning. The complaining about the BS thread made me a wee bit malicious and I had to dig deep to come up with some real BS (that I thought was funny too that is). From now on I will try to keep it to real issues and music. Katlaughing won by the way, it's name is Sally Tuckmudder.

Alice, I have been called a weasel, a lazy slug, and even a worm, but I draw the line at a salamander!

At the risk of lowering the tone, as it were. The best anagram of salamander that I can come up with is.......... 'anal dreams'.

Say, Tucker, whaddever ya call him, don't call him dinner. That is to say, don't put him in with the goldfish, like we did with the sally-poles, or whatchamacallums; salamander tadpoles last year. This year they have their own separate glass box.
So maybe we can appropriate a few of the unused names for our budding family. Thanks.
Blessings,
Barbara
