02 Mar 08 - 06:20 PM (#2277736) Subject: UK Stroud Ceilidhs continuing confirmed From: Mr Red Just in case the story about the continuation of Stroud Ceilidhs has not filtered through there is a change of organisation from Nov on, but otherwise 1st Sat of month Oct to Apr. Negotiations are complete for Nov Dec Jan and Feb for bands. The original organisers' Apr and Oct bookings dates are unaffected. John Kirkpatrick was superb last night. So start the rumour mill with the message it is continuing. We (as hon publicity) are trying to get a few young callers and Phil Bassindale has agreed to do Dec. Pete Rees is on the list but not the radar. If anyone knows a contact number/address for him can they PM me or webmail me from here. These young whippersnappers are rather good....... TIA |
