Greetings,

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ the Prince of peace and the KING of kings.

I am Benete Adela a 25 years old christian girl, I don't have a computer of my own, a missionary from France allowed me to use her computer since she can't help me in any other way.

I am a Victim of war in (COTE D'IVOIRE) Africa, I do have a small poultry farm before the war where I make my daily bread but unfortunately the REBELS came and destroyed all my things and set fire on houses including my poultry farm, I lost my farm.

I am writing you this mail to request for your prayers and help in any way the Lord lay in your heart, to feed and clothe myself and if possible to re-start my little poultry farm again and I know that the Lord shall bless you in return for doing this.

I am recently living with my pastor where we are about 9 people living in a single room. Anything that the Lord lay in your heart for me will really be of a great HELP at this point in time as I am seriously going hunger,Please kindly let me know the help you can be able to render me so that I can send you where to send it.

I will be expecting your response. May the Lord bless you abundantly and grant you success in all your dealings.

Yours Sister In Christ,
Benete
NB: If you have doubts I will send you my PHOTOGRAPH and the contacts of my pastor for you to contact him and confirm things from him directly.

Yes, I 've seen that the Ivory Coast has been getting on the band wagon - people keep sending these to me, since I'm from there...

Gosh guys, the only SPAM mail I get is all from Canada and in French.

I feel left out, since it's too much trouble to try to translate it with my poor language skills. I may be getting much better stuff and can't pass it on to any of you.

They do have some nice models for their nighties, and I really would like to invest in some of the penny(?) stocks, but it's just too d***d much work.

The only exception to the French stuff is the young lady who keeps telling me she saw my picture on MySpace. Since I don't have a MySpace page, I think she's just teasin' me.

I would like to know how to get out of debt by borrowing more money. The spams say I can, but I'd like someone else to do it first and tell me about it.

Yeah, Peace. But what language is yours in?

[I'm not up on all the porn-circuit slang either.]

That gal's cousin must be the one who keeps calling me and telling me I have a limited amount of time to act because the warranty on my car is about to expire, but she can do something wonderful about that. Since I drive a used car, ..........

But then I suppose if people didn't fall for all this stuff at frequent intervals, the spoofers wouldn't be in business. I don't have to worry about that, though. I just won both a British and a Canadian lottery, both in the same week.

Oooh, gots to run. Time to turn on the idiot box and see if the Lakers remember how to play basketball today. Laker fan? So who's the sucker now?

Chicken Charlie, I was getting that call every now and again for about a month. I never listened to it beyond the first sentence until one day I decided that I was tired of it.

It said to 'press 1' if I wanted to discuss it, so I did. Lo and behold, a human being came on.

I said, I don't have a car. I haven't had one in almost 20 years. Please remove me from your list.

She seemed contrite. She said, We certainly will.

I haven't gotten one since.

That'll do it, Reverend. (Or does a knight trump a theologian?) :)

My favorite was getting calls when I worked for the attorney's office. I ALWAYS "pressed 1 to speak with a representative". When they came on I would inform them that they needed to remove the number from their list immediately as they were called a lawyer...most of the time they just hung up quickly without answering me.
